Which currency are the prices in?
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your local card provider or bank may apply a conversion at checkout.
Is the Full Scan a subscription?
No. Full Scan is a one-time payment. There is nothing to cancel and you will not be billed again.
Which payment methods will be accepted?
Checkout will support major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods supported by our payment provider, Paddle.
Do I get a receipt and invoice?
Yes. After checkout you will receive an email receipt. A downloadable invoice is available from the order confirmation, including any applicable local tax or VAT.
What is your refund policy?
If the Full Scan does not work as described, contact checkappnames@seker.dev within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Are taxes and VAT included?
Prices are shown excluding tax. Any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax is calculated and shown during checkout based on your billing location.
How do I cancel or request support?
