Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when buying checkappnames Full Scan. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept this policy.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If the Full Scan product does not work as described, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. No explanation is required, although we appreciate feedback so we can improve the Service.
2. How to request a refund
Email checkappnames@seker.dev with the following:
- The email address used at checkout.
- Your Paddle order or receipt identifier.
- A brief note about the reason (optional but helpful).
You can find the Paddle order identifier in the receipt email sent to you at the time of purchase.
3. Processing timeline
We aim to review refund requests within two business days. Once approved, refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
4. What is not eligible
A refund request may be declined in the following cases:
- The request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
- The purchase shows signs of fraud, chargeback abuse, or a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- The account has already received a refund for the same product in the past twelve months.
None of the above limits any statutory refund or consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country or region.
5. Refund method and currency
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and in the original currency of the purchase. Any foreign exchange difference between the original charge and the refund is determined by your card issuer or bank and is outside our control.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. A direct refund is usually faster and avoids unnecessary fees for both sides. If a chargeback is filed and later resolved in our favour, we may suspend access to the Service associated with the disputed transaction.
